With Made of Marble, you'll go through a process of building a mind to muscle connection, eating high protein satiating foods, and tips/tricks to stay at the caloric deficit necessary to get you to the body that you desire.

With all the lies spread across the fitness community, it leads to the consumer not knowing what works or what does not work. Well I can put my own testimonial and the testimonial of the people to this program, because we did it, with some alteration. I did not do this exact program, because at the time I did not know any better, I had to figure it out. With still very similar programming, I was able to put on 10Lbs of muscle, while losing around 5% bodyfat. Of course I had to progressively overload past what this program is designed for in order to do so, but this program is what started it all. I altered the programming, so you will have the best programming possible. I leaned towards developing the mind to muscle connection, unlike a lot of other programs, so you will be able to feel you muscle contract, leading to bigger and better gains.
